Complaints policy
If a job booked through this site went wrong, this is what you do, what we do, and by when.

| Step | Who | By when |
|---|---|---|
| You tell us: the address, the date, what was agreed, what happened, photos if you have them. Phone or email. | You | Whenever you notice. If the crew is still on site, say so and it is handled that day. |
| A person acknowledges the complaint and tells you who is dealing with it. | Us | Within one business day. |
| We look before we argue: a site visit for damage, a check of the receipt and the quote for a price dispute, a call to the crew for anything about conduct. | Us and the crew | In the days that follow. |
| You get a written answer: what we found, what will be done, and the date it will be done by. | Us | Within ten business days of the complaint. |
| The fix happens: a return visit, a correction to the bill, a refund, or a written explanation of why not. | Us and the crew | By the date in the written answer. |
| If you are still not satisfied, you take it further. See below. | You | Any time. |
The hauling is done by independent insured crews under the price you accepted, but we chose the crew and we booked the job, so we take complaints about either and stay in it until it is resolved. We don't pass you to a crew and step away. The referral marketing disclosure explains how we and the crews are connected.
You are never required to go through us. Colorado does not license this trade at the state level, so the right places for a complaint we could not resolve are the Colorado Attorney General's Consumer Protection Section (coag.gov, File a Complaint) and, where a business registration applies, the city or county office that issued it. If a complaint concerns an insurance claim, say for debris after a hail or water loss, the carrier's decision is the carrier's; we document, we don't decide coverage, and a complaint about an insurer goes to the state's insurance regulator. Nothing here limits any right you have under Colorado law.
