Junk removal in Falcon

Junk removal in Falcon, where there's room for the pile

Falcon is unincorporated, fast-growing and spread out, about fifteen miles north-east of the city along Highway 24. Half of it is new subdivisions with HOAs; the other half is acreage with a barn, a shed, a second shed and twenty years of things that were going to be useful. Both kinds of lot have a long driveway and plenty of room to park the truck.

A rotted wooden backyard shed half dismantled, roof panels and wall boards stacked for loading, dry prairie grass and a fence line behind

Falcon loads are big. On the acreage lots east and north of the highway the junk accumulates in outbuildings and behind them: fence posts, old tires, a dead four-wheeler, the horse trailer nobody has hitched in a decade, rolls of wire, the previous owner's shed inside your shed. A Falcon clearout is often a full truck and sometimes two, and the crew comes expecting that. Metal goes to scrap, tires carry their surcharge, and the things that cannot ride, old chemicals and fuel, get set aside with a note on where they go.

The newer subdivisions, Meridian Ranch, Woodmen Hills and the rest, bring the other kind of call: move-outs, garage reclaims, the trampoline, the hot tub, and the HOA letter about what is sitting beside the house. Those are the same jobs as in Briargate, with a longer drive for the crew and no charge for it.

Shed and outbuilding demolition

Falcon has more sheds than anywhere else we work, and we take them down: metal, resin and wood, with the slab left or broken out as you choose. See the demolition page. The look is free, and on an acreage lot it is worth having the crew see everything at once so one price covers the whole clearout.

Questions from Falcon

Do you charge for the drive to Falcon?

No. It's on the east run with Peyton and Cimarron Hills.

Can you take a dead four-wheeler or mower?

Yes, drained of fuel. We'll drain it on site if needed; gasoline can't ride in a can.

What about the old fence and wire?

Yes. Wire and metal posts go to scrap, wood to the landfill. Pulling posts is a demolition quote.

Can you take tires?

Yes, with a per-tire surcharge, rims on or off.

How big a load can you do in one day?

Two full trucks is a normal acreage day. The crew looks first and tells you how many trips.
