Phone: answered day and night · Trucks: seven days a week
Base: Colorado Springs, Colorado. The truck comes to you; there is no drop-off yard.

What helps, if you have it

Nothing is required to call. If you have them, a photo of the pile or the room, a rough sense of the amount (one couch, a pickup load, a two-car garage), whether there are stairs or a steep drive, any deadline such as a move-out date, a PCS report date, a closing or an HOA letter, and whether any of it is a mattress, a TV, tires or a fridge, since those carry surcharges we would rather tell you about now.

What happens after

You get a callback with a window for the crew, the same day or the next for most jobs and booked ahead for a deadline. Two people arrive, look at the load with you, check the route out and name a price. Yes, and it goes right then; no, and the number holds for thirty days. You get a dated receipt by text or email when the truck leaves.

Move-out tomorrow, HOA date this week, debris blocking the drive? Say so when you call and the booking goes to the front. Deadline jobs are the ones we plan the day around.
